ARGHHHHHHHHHH!!!

Yup, screams of frustration... anyone know anything about the spacec@m 200 from trust.com anyone? a simple plug 'n' play that umm... WON'T! Support actually was pretty great and e-mailed me right back but it hasn't helped I can't locate any drivers, the installation keeps asking me to insert windows 98 cd before it will carry on with the installation almost as soon as it begins and it seems to, as far as I can make out, want a *inf file that doesn't appear to be there. I don't think I'm being stupid here I mean I managed to install the scanner without all this annoyance grrrr! when did things get so complicated, or my computer get so old......
