So... Personal Buildpage.com who host my images for the Forums have decided to have a breakdown, so it looks like crap! I loathe those damn boxes and their stupid little x's, lets just hope they can pull themselves together soon....

Didn't make it to bed untill almost 5am and i've just woke up, spent the night playing with a silly code I couldn't get to work [may attempt it again later] and roaming round the forums

Added a rather interesting looking blog Strange-ling [quite new, but I liked the layout] and now I think i'm going to go veg and watch the film I rented that I was supposed to watch last night *rolls eyes*

This would be funny if they weren't actually serious... I get a letter yesterday with the previous tenants' name on it and it's obviously a bill or something important, so thinking, like the electricity and gas, it's something I might have to change over to to my name or inform them that the previous tenant is long gone and I'm not responsible, I open it to find it's from a debt collectors informing said former occupant that they are sending the bailifs in to remove anything up to the value of the huge water bill that was not paid if it's not settled within 7 days.

I get straight on the phone and tell them that if I return on any day to find anyone has forcefully entered my flat and touched anything, I will not be responsible for myself and that I have only recently moved and have no idea where this person is, he is obviously not happy with my 'forceful' attitude and tells me I could be prosecuted for opening the letter as it wasn't addressed to me. Yeah....right, if I hadn't, how fast would the same fuckwits have fixed things had they just done whatever it is they do if I had thrown the letter out or sent it back whenever because I would have had no idea it would have needed to be replied to within a week
what a joke.....

Anyway, now for the rest! well all in all it was a great week-end, my friend came up Friday afternoon, unfourtuneatly I hadn't been asleep since Thursday morning and was a bit spaced but I made it till 2am Friday night, what a trouper eh? *grin* We had a great time vegging, laughing, watching tv and just being silly. Saturday we wandered around town, bought bit's and peices mostly consisting of nose studs and some amber and tigers eye from a great new age stall I discovered, had a few drinks and tried building a wooden computer desk I'd got cheap leading to much drunken swearing and hillarity lol!
Had to get up for work on Sunday, and I couldn't wait to get back as we were heading to the local for St Paddys celebrations, and for the first time in a very long while I got to dress up and go out!!! It was fantastic, the atmosphere was wonderfull and everyone was getting into the spirit [and the Guiness hehe] Got back to the flat, chatted and partied on till around 4am and my friend left this morning after ldropping me off at work. Roll on the next visit :)

That's how I've been feeling the last couple of days... don't know why, just feeling apart and disconnected somehow *sigh*

I've just eaten an entire bag of rasberry ruffles lol! *tummy hurts* watching a run of Orson Welles' black and whites on tv, Citizen Cane etc, and I couldn't stop munching, just scoffing the whole way through, now comes the guilt lol!

Just a last note before bed, If anyone's wondering, I did used to have a counter, found out via Orbs' that Bravenet was hacked and so for now it's gone.... waaaaaaaaaaa!

Ouch..

Woke up with what I know is gonna be one of those 2 day headaches I seem prone to... eugh, made me not feel like doing anything at all, yet strangely this has been the day I got most of what I wanted to done, dishes, brushed floors, glossed 1 door and half way through another and in general cleaned up, then had me a couple of painkillers which didn't last for very long and I hate that I know tomorrow my head will hurt like hell again and my last day off may be a waste.... (had Tues to Thurs off this week) but hey at least Friday is only sort of half a day

On the plus side did distract myself with chat for a bit and it was great to talk to a friend who's been awol from the forums for a little while, getting on with 'real life'

A GREEN Dragon Lies Beneath!

I took the Inner Dragon online quiz and found out I am a Green Dragon on the inside. My Inner Dragon is the embodiment of Nature and the Earth. Greens spend almost all of their time below the canopy or just above the treetops in tropical rain forests. Not a bad life considering every other creature in the forest looks up to me, figurativly and literally. I speak the language of every animal and plant in my domain and know most of them by first name. If people mess with my forests, I'm more than happy to wail on their puny butts. Because of my protector/caretaker role, I am the Earth Elemental dragon.



Naturally my whole life pretty much revolves around the other couple million species I keep an eye on, but that's not my whole dragon. I also like to like to impose my steadfast will on others, commune with Nature, and lobby governments for alternative fuels and conservation. My favorable attributes are gemstones, mountains, caves, soil, respect, endurance, responsibility, prosperity, and purpose in life. Folks shouldn't get the idea I'm a hippy push-over though, because my breath weapon is a nasty Fire/Acid combination. Maybe I should invest in a hemp shirt reading "Don't knock my smock, or I'll clean your clock." *wink*
