Ugh....

I feel like crap..... that woozy, disconnected stuffed up crap you can only get from a cold *sniffles as nose runs* Felt fine this morning went into town to sort out a bill, coming home on the bus it hit me, that's what always happens with me, no warning no nothing I just suddenly feel ill, been that way all my life, that or I wake up with it.

So now I'm stufffed with various vitamins and hot lemon type drinks and thinking I should call it a night and as I got something to help me sleep when I was out I'm assured a good nights rest, which will also help as I haven't been sleeping to well lately either from fatigue, yeah strange isn't it 'too tired to sleep' or just restless
