I have an early hospital appointment, another bone scan to see where things stand. I already know....'Hi, your bones are crap, please try not to fall over and break anything'. Meh, fed up with it all and yet I have another one in a couple of days, I guess it's a follow up from this at an osteoporosis clinic. Being as I've mentioned before that out of my entire family I am the only one that has, as people will do lol!, fallen all over the place and broken nothing, yup me with the sand for bones. I guess I'm tougher than I look (ok, so I believe I may have broken a toe but that was never officially verified lol! And no bone was going to escape damage having a ruddy great metal car number plate fall on it sideways from a great height regrdless!)
