You know you feel like questioning your sanity when you suddenly start having to choke back tears and you don't know why your upset, when you feel like you have lost your voice unsure if it's because you have decided simply not to speak and your not sure how to start again, and then you become disorientated and dizzy enough to almost land on your ass in bewilderement. All these are pretty much concurrent experiences from yesterday although short.
